1. If you don't think you can grow a moustache, just don't shave your upper lip for the month of March.

2. You must only have a moustache, a goatee is not a moustache, it is a goatee and "Goatee March" doesn't have the same ring to it.

3. The only true participants are those who keep their Moustaches all month.

4. For those who have not entered puberty yet, you may participate by using some sort of false upper lip hair, but it must be worn every day of the month.

Penalty

All persons breaking the rules will immediately be placed in the hall of shame and will not be allowed to participate in any of the commencement cerimonies of Moustache March.
